Hey, thanks for using AffKraft 👋
These terms explain what you agree to when you use affkraft.com or the WordPress themes and plugins. We've tried to keep this as short and human as possible.
Licenses
- All digital products (products) developed by AffKraft are the property of AffKraft and by purchasing them you get a non-transferable, non-exclusive and limited license to use them.
- You may not claim any intellectual or exclusive ownership to any of our products, modified or unmodified.
- Products purchased at AffKraft are for the exclusive use for those purchasing them.
- Products purchased at AffKraft are not allowed to be resold or redistributed, modified or unmodified.
Packages and subscriptions
- Yearly packages include 12 months of updates and support. After that the product keeps working, and you can renew at the renewal price shown on the product page to get another 12 months.
- LifeTime packages are a one-time payment and include updates and support for as long as the product is maintained.
- Subscriptions (monthly or yearly) renew automatically at the end of each billing period until you cancel. You can cancel at any time, and you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Prices are shown in Euros. VAT and other local taxes may be added at checkout depending on where you are.
Payment processing
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders are also covered byPaddle's Buyer Terms.
Cryptocurrency payments are processed by NOWPayments.io and sold directly by us.
Refund Policy
If you're not happy with your purchase, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of the purchase date. This applies to every package and subscription, LifeTime included.
- For card, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay orders, refunds are handled by Paddle. Contact us or reply to your Paddle receipt email, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method.
- For cryptocurrency payments, contact us. Approved refunds are sent in the same cryptocurrency to a wallet address you give us.
- Cancelling a subscription stops future payments. For a renewal payment, you can ask for a refund within 14 days of that renewal.
Each request is reviewed individually. Before you ask, it's worth getting in touch with support, as most issues can be fixed. After a refund, your license for that purchase is deactivated. None of this affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
Support Policy
Support is included in any purchase from AffKraft for as long as your package covers it, and is provided on request through ourcontact page. Support is intended for product setup issues and bug fixes, and does not include customizations on your website.
Warranty and liability
While AffKraft aims to make the products and services as available and functional as reasonably possible, AffKraft makes no representations or warranties of any kind, expressed or implied.
In addition to that, all AffKraft products and services are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied. To the extent permitted by law, in no event shall AffKraft be liable for damage of any kind.
You're responsible for how you use our products on your website, including complying with the laws and advertising rules that apply where you operate.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes are posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date, and apply to purchases made after that date.
